Name: Done Wrong
Add a little more detail (optional): This Preacher, was asked NOT to say mine nor my wifes name through his lips, and to stop the gossip, it tore our family apart..he has done so much that is wrong, praying for someone else to die because they were with a black man.. I said preacher if it's a lie, I didn't say it your family did! and he said he had the right to chooose sides ,I said I never knew they were sides until now.. but if this is the way ..and he's in the right please tell me, I'll apologize now..but you can read it all..he lied in it and admitted what he did.. all I wanted was him to stop hurting my family by gossiping lies... WHAT DO I DO? facebook say's it was illegal, but to have a minister arrested seems wrong...but my hurt is so real!!!

If all occured as you say, and I've no reason to believe otherwise, then yes, of course its wrong-the Bible's commandments are for everyone, including, maybe ESPECIALLY preachers and pastors. Obviously I don't know the details, but, I also agree that outside of serious crimes, like theft, murder, pedophiia, etc, something like this, one shouldn't involve the law, as the Bible tells us that its shameful to go to an unsaved law against a brother, particularly in areas of defrauding someone. In fact, the Bible says one should rather suffer being defrauded, and put it into God's hands. Let HIM deal with His preacher. However, it doesn't mean you have to sit and take it-f this is your pastor, there's o reason you need to remain if he has broken your trust abd lied to, and about you. Leave it in God's hands, find a new church, don't bring it up, (because there are those who will just assume its sour grapes about somethig), and go on with serving the Lord.

While I agree with Mike, although it is honestly hard to follow the lack of grammatical coherency in the question, I am always fascinated at the number of people who think something put on the internet (such as a facebook status) is somehow private.
