Update on Attila:
Since Attila's relapse of irregular heartbeats two weeks ago, we have had to put off his back surgery and/or injections, as his electrophysiologist (like a cardiologist, but the one is a plumber of the heart and the EP is the electrician) wants to clear him of any heart issues by running tests on June 14th. Right now, we expect to be away from home until after July 12th, which is the date of his last heart tests. Please pray for us as: 1. Our rental home in Texas was damaged from the hail (in April), and we are now without a home at our home. 2. As of May 31st, Attila is without a job or insurance. (He has not worked since he passed out on November 16th, but work has been very kind in keeping his insurance active and paying for the premiums). We previously stayed in a church annex and for this current week, we are staying at a Christian college dorm suite (beautiful dorm and location). As of June 1st, we are without a place to stay and in a pickle. We know that God will provide, but it is quite stressful. Also, please pray, as some of the medications stress Attila's system, and he now has an issue with his eye, where a rod/cone is sticking out. It is quite painful and his eye will not stop draining. He is going into the doctors today to get medication. It is caused by lack of sleep, stress on his immune system, and overall stress of our situation.Between the heart, back, eye, loss of home, and the death of his father, Attila is concerned about being able to provide for us. We have started to look for work, but until he gets cleared, we have to time things the best we can to get employment right when he is cleared. We also need prayer, as short term disability was denied the first time and we are waiting for Texas to send a letter allowing us to move Attila's treating physician to our current location. It is amazing that God has provided for all of our needs since November, considering all that we have been through in travel, surgeries, etc. I feel like the woman that made cakes for Elijah, yet her containers were never empty. God has been good to us and we continue to pray for provision, guidance, and Attila to be cleared of medical issues.
