It says "page not found".

How can I get angry enough at you to force you to hide under a chair if I don't know what it's about?

Unless the plan all along was to cause frustration.......

I thought all the pot head up there in Seattle were so peaceful and mellow. Pot heads never do these things.

Romans 13:13-  Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.

Well, take Alex Jones with a grain of salt, folks. There was no rioting. These were college students burning things like their furniture. Stupid and immature (and likely drug and alcohol infused) , but not riots...

Any mob oriented civil unrest where police, etc. need to be called is a riot.

A matter of degrees of course, but he has a point.....

But it is never above the media to blow stuff out of proportion, is it!

But the person I spoke with who lives there didnt realuze the pergola was damaged. Students did burn furniture, and there were some people that "rioted" and 6 people arrested (while most rioters waited at intrrsections for lights to change...). So, I guess riot would fit slightly.

A rather tame riot compared to what has occurred in other cities after a major sports victory.

The reason these things happen is because they can. Those who engage in these things know consequences for their actions tend to be light or nothing. They also know the larger the riot, the less the cops will initially do and by the time the cops get organized enough to feel ready to "go in" the rioters will have done their damage. At that point, they also know the cops will begin by using scare tactics to start breaking up the crowd and if they do use force it will be non-lethal, so again nothing too much to worry about.

In days gone by rioters were dealt with swiftly and with whatever force necessary, including lethal, so as to break up and end the riots before any major destruction occurred and to deter others.

Right about Alex Jones, HC and Arbo.  He has so many conspiracy theories out there, it is so hard to keep track of them all.  He makes a lot of money on his heirloom seeds by scaring people with false propaganda.

If folks would learn to fully trust Christ with all things they wouldn't fall for these scare tactics and hustlers.

Well, I have to say that heirloom seeds are best...if you use them, the seeds in your produce can be saved and used the next year. Most other seeds are modified so the seeds of their products cant be re-used. My Dad used heirloom whenever he could and he never listened to Jones.

Seattle police were ready...and they knew right where to be: at UDub.

Oh, I couldn't agree more HC.  My dad also used heirloom seeds.   My in laws use them, Joe's uncle, a SIL, and my hubby and I.  I just mentioned it b/c he is pushing scare tactics on people,  while making a buck.  I truly believe that these conspiracy theories are not leading people to the Lord, as much as some Christians think they are.

Agreed, John.  We are to preach the gospel instead of making people panic.

Alex Jones is not a spreader of the Gospel.  He is a preacher to the paranoid.

No, he isn't Arbo.  However, he gets Christians interested in this junk and they talk to the unsaved about it as well as the saved.  Paranoid Christians are all over Facebook.

I have stayed off there for a few days.  I don't really have a desire to post on there, except I have so many lost friends and family on FB.
