California rules university can reject Christian credits

from what I understand, this college is actually privately funded, and not the state college. So, I guess they can do whatever they want as long as christian colleges can do what they want.

A privately funded college can do as they please. How you think Bible Colleges can have strict dress codes and other rules? If they were state funded it certainly would not be like that.
