| Blog Subject: | What I get myself up to! |
So is this a personal blog for free is it? Well, might be a nice place--I was thinking about starting a little blog somewhere, but I didn't want to. That doesn't make sense, I know, but "I did, but I didn't" want to. I didn't because it would be a distant responsibility, which I didn't want to be committed to. Other than that, do I really have a lot to say half the time? What have I been up to? Mostly being 'away'. Right now I have not a great deal to do over the next few days other than some skill exercise and job seeking. Aside from that, I am all clear of major work until this Friday, after that, things should get interesting again, and I'll probably be 'away' again. Each day has something new in it, but my days mostly consist of looking after family. The end. Yea, since my father has become an invalid, I have the task of looking after almost everyone in the family--except for the shopping--my sister, once a week, empties the shops. To see us shop, some people might reckon that we are rich... and I AM beginning to wonder... Because we use DIAL-UP, it is hard to hang about on OB for more than a few minutes at a time. Other than that, I feel that I am part of a minority, being Australian and all--no one else about to stick up for us Aussies :D It is fun to knock people about nationality, but I can't do it alone, so I kind of feel that way--alone--when I come about here. This is probably the hardest thing, really. Sure, I'm into GNU/Linux, and it may seem like I am part of a minority there too, but that doesn't matter as much to me as being Australian on a foreign board. Sure, there are Australian 'Christian' forums n' stuff, but they are a farce really--nothing eva seems happens on them, and generally I disagree with a greater number of people on them than I do on this one. Most of the people on OB are interested in FELLOWSHIP above debate. That's one of my most-favourite things about OB here. I'm still single and not looking. Sure, I don't know how long this is going to go on for, but when I think about it, I'm not really interested in anyone unless I can just be friends and encourage them in something--preferably something in the Lord. I think that is the latest thing that I have been pursuing? Maybe... anyway, being 'not interested' in anyone doesn't help my material status, so of course I'm going to stay single at least until I meet someone that I think is at the very-least OK. I'm not 'reserved', well, maybe I am before God, but personally, I either don't care or am not interested. Aside from that, not a great deal has been up--if that in fact does say that I have been up to much??? Anyway, till next time--hooroo! |
